Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. The role involves run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
