CO2 welder • Custer County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Custer County, Oklahoma. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
