Immediate opening: CNC programmer-operator (South Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
