Sewing machine operator — Jefferson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Jefferson County, Mississippi. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On a typical shift you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
