Great opportunity: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The role involves: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
