Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile setter in Montgomery County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
