Groundworker — Beaufort County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundworker in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Full-time, day shift.
