Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Duval County, Texas. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
