Join our team: split AC fitter (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. The role involves: • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges Ideal candidate: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
