Vacancy available: bar waiter (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a bar waiter in Martin County, Kentucky. You will work at a beach resort. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time with occasional weekends.
