Earthmoving plant operator • Mower County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Mower County, Minnesota. The job is in an open-cast mine. You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
