Rebar worker — Luce County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Luce County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
