Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred.
