Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Douglas County, Washington. Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Full-time with occasional weekends.
