We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
