Paint booth operator — Warrick County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Warrick County, Indiana. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
