Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
