Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Terrell County, Texas. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
