You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
