Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Preston County, West Virginia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
