Oven operator — Ziebach County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ziebach County, South Dakota. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
