Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Hardin County, Texas. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
