Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Windham County, Vermont. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
