Machine operator (earthworks) wanted in Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Grant County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
