Join our team: machine operator (earthworks) (New Jersey)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will be based on a housing development site. Day to day you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
