Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Perry County, Illinois. You will be based at an accident repair centre. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
