Immediate opening: track-type tractor operator (Oregon)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Josephine County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Performance bonus on top of base pay.
