Tree and shrub pruner — Suffolk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Suffolk County, New York. The job is at a landscaping company. On the job you will handle: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 5+ years on the tools preferred. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
