Assembly line worker — Berkshire County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards.
