Plastering hand — Cross County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Cross County, Arkansas. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Day-to-day duties: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Check walls for plumb and level as you go Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
