Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is on a commercial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one On a typical shift you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts.
