Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Van Wert County, Ohio. You will work in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
