The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 4+ years on the tools preferred.
