Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Spalding County, Georgia. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
