Press shop operator — Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press shop operator in Hamilton County, Kansas. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; record output and downtime on the production sheet; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
