Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
