Punch press operator — Anson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Anson County, North Carolina. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
