Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Twiggs County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
