Head baker — Yadkin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
