Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller.
