Dozer operator wanted in Kosciusko County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Kosciusko County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Day to day you will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
