Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production assembler in Emmet County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Pay around $7,750 per project, based on your experience.
