Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
