Kitchen porter — North Ayrshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 3+ years on the tools preferred.
