Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production operative in Carroll County, Missouri. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station Full-time, day shift.
