Urgent requirement: baker (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Cooper County, Missouri. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
