Kitchen steward — Windham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Windham County, Vermont. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
