Production assembler — Wayne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production assembler in Wayne County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Part-time with flexible hours. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
