Chef de partie — Louisa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Louisa County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
