Crane rigger wanted in Konduga

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Konduga, Borno State. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
